Our Values.

Inspired People

Be curious, explore what’s new and work to get better every day.

1

Teams do it best.

Cohesive teams that take ownership create exceptional results.

2

Embrace change.

We move with agility and speed, and iterate based on what we learn.

3

Show some grit.

Sometimes it won’t be easy, but we’re determined to make it work, together.

4

Be candid.

Always tell it like it is in a supportive, respectful way.

5

Celebrate wins.

Small victories and big accomplishments are best when shared in good company.

6

Our Culture.

We set out to build the best culture in the consulting industry — one that cares about the work we do and the people we work with. A culture that celebrates individuals and creates lifelong friendships.

In our 20th year, we received the greatest honor of all: recognition for our efforts. We were awarded Best Company Culture and Best Companies for Women by Comparably, a career-data company.

This isn’t the first time others have noticed we invest heavily in our culture. Over the years, we’ve been honored for our commitment to employees, clients and communities. Most recently we were recognized as one of Fast Company’s 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators.

Culture is our true secret power and it is unique to 352. Without our teams of inspired people working closely with our clients, nothing we do would be possible. Embracing change, being candid and celebrating wins are things we value, which brings our company of innovators, designers and entrepreneurs together as a family.

Like many families, we love a good reunion. At Arlo, we use our events (like Office Days and Comfy Day to name a few) to build upon our culture and add to our inside jokes. In fact, each year our whole company is reunited for our annual retreat. During the retreat, we hold a Gardenmo where our teams create new products – many of which have now been used by hundreds of thousands of people.

Consulting is a fairly broad term that can have a variety of meanings depending on the industry it refers to.

For example, you can work as a marketing consultant helping companies create and optimize their marketing campaigns or as a software consultant, designing software systems for an organization.

However, although the term has many applications, it’s generally used to refer to management or strategy consulting, the practice of helping companies increase their efficiency and profits by addressing the major operational or strategic challenges they’re facing.

Marketing

Marketing as a discipline involves all the actions a company undertakes to draw in customers and maintain relationships with them.

Networking with potential or past clients is part of the work too, and may include writing thank you emails, playing golf with prospective clients, returning calls and emails quickly, and meeting with clients for coffee or a meal.

At its most basic level, marketing seeks to match a company’s products and services to customers who want access to those products. Matching products to customers ultimately ensures profitability.

Web design is the process of planning, conceptualizing, and arranging content online. Today, designing a website goes beyond aesthetics to include the website’s overall functionality.

Web design also includes web apps, mobile apps, and user interface design. There are two main ways to design a website: using a desktop app or using a website builder.

The tool you decide to use will vary greatly based on your team size, your budget, and the type of site you wish to build and its technical requirements.

Recruiting

Recruitment refers to the process of identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding employees.

In other words, it involves everything from the identification of a staffing need to filling it. Depending on the size of an organization, recruitment is the responsibility of a range of workers.

In small outfits, the hiring manager may be responsible for recruiting. In addition, many organizations outsource recruiting to outside firms. Companies almost always recruit candidates for new positions via advertisements, job boards, social media sites, and others.
